What WareWise does

Receiving & put-away

Receive goods against purchase orders, capture LOT and expiry details, print pallet barcodes, and scan each pallet into its rack location.

Quality control

Record incoming and finished-goods QC. Only quantity that has passed QC can be delivered, and the system enforces this.

Locations & warehouse map

Model your warehouse as areas, racks, rows and columns, each with its own barcode. A live map shows which cells are free and what each one holds.

LOT & expiry control

Track expiry dates, see expiring stock early, and reject, quarantine, restore or remove damaged and expired LOTs, with full history.

Production management

Job cards reserve raw materials from bills of materials, flag shortfalls, and track transfers, output, returns and yield loss.

Delivery & dispatch

Create delivery orders, issue picking lists, and confirm each pallet by barcode scan at the loading bay.

Stock counts & adjustments

Correct stock to match a physical count, with mandatory reasons and a reversible audit trail.

Reports & dashboard

More than 15 reports, including stock, expiry, ageing, QC, production yield, delivery and LOT traceability, with Excel export and printing.

Mobile scanning

Your team scans. the system updates.

Warehouse staff use the WareWise mobile app on Android phones or handheld devices. They scan the pallet, scan the location, and confirm. Each task updates stock straight away, so the office always sees what the floor sees.

Not necessarily. The app scans with the device camera on Android phones. For busy floors we recommend rugged handhelds and can supply them.

Yes. WareWise receives master data and orders from Dynamics 365 automatically. Your ERP stays the commercial system and WareWise runs the warehouse floor.

It depends on warehouse size, number of locations and integration scope. We give you a timeline after the site survey.

We import it from Excel as opening stock, label each pallet, and scan it into its location during setup.

Go-live support is part of every implementation. Ongoing support for software, devices and network is available under an Annual Maintenance Contract.
